We beat traditional rivals AFC Leopards today on post-match penalties (4-1) to win the 2021 Fooitball Kenya Federation Cup.
After a barren draw at fulltime, goalkeeper Gad Matthews was the hero as he saved the first two penalties by Leopards.
We scored through Sydney Ochieng, Kenneth Muguna, and Clifton Miheso before Sammy Onyango sealed the victory.
The win was sweet revenge for the 2013 final to Leopards and secured our first title in this tournament since 2012.
Apart from the trophy, cash prize, and bragging rights over our rivals, the win earns us a ticket to the 2021-22 CAF Confederations Cup.
