We are proud to announce our partnership with Two Rivers, a company under Centum Investment owned by renowned businessman Chris Kirubi.
The long term partnership will see the club have access to facilities at Two Rivers ranging from unlimited use of training ground, gym and swimming pool at a much cheaper rate compared to previous grounds used for training.
The occasion was also graced by club’s Patron, the Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga who urged the new coach Roberto Oliveira to lead the club to greater heights.
“I am happy the Green Army have recruited a Brazilian coach. I have been to Brazil and met legend Pele whom I regard as the world’s top-most footballer. He should replicate the same success here at our club,” noted Raila.
Club Chairman Ambrose Rachier appreciated the good gesture from Chris Kirubi and pointed out the advantages the club will have while using training facilities at Two Rivers.
“We have not been able to have sufficient time for training but now, we have it at Two Rivers… at this great facility, we will have a more private place to have our training,” said Rachier.
Kirubi, who has supported the club hugely in the past, urged corporate companies to support community clubs. ‘’I never thought one day we will have Gor Mahia to be part of us and I welcome you to Two Rivers… we will continue giving you the support and we are calling on corporates to support community club.”
