Muguna: It’s a team problem and self-assessment is vital

Captain Kenneth Muguna says the upcoming football international break is good for the team as it will give them room for a breather from the league campaign debacles.

This is coming after we dropped another three points after going down 1-0 to Posta Rangers yesterday in a league tie at Kasarani – the second defeat in less than a week.

Muguna, who has been with the team for a number of seasons acknowledges that indeed there is a problem and it’s time to reflect.

“The international break is good for us… each and everyone in the team should do self-assessment since it’s a team problem,” noted the Captain.

Commenting on yesterday’s performance, Captain Muguna says all players on the pitch tried their best to win the match but it was just that bad day when things couldn’t work for the team.

“It was one of those matches that we couldn’t win no matter what… we did everything right apart from scoring and that’s the main problem….you fail to score, you fail to win any match.”

The loss left us in eighth position on the log with 19 points.
