We travel to Kisumu to face Stima

In our Round 5 of the league fixtures, we will be travelling down to Kisumu to take on Western Stima tomorrow (Monday) as from 3pm.

This will be the second game for new head coach Carlos Vaz Pinto as he looks to bag maximum points to roll with a perfect start at the helm.

We will be looking forward to recording a consecutive league win after dismissing Mathare United 3-1 in their last outing as we bid to move further up the league table.

Gor Mahia has traditionally had an upper hand over the Power men, winning 13 of their 24 league encounters so far while scoring 27 goals in the process and only conceding 16.

The last outing ended in a 3-2 victory for K’Ogalo with Captain Kenneth Muguna scoring the important third goal to secure three points.

Several Gor Mahia players could be playing against their former team if selected today, including striker Benson Omalla, utility player Benard Ondiek, midfielder Sydney Ochieng’, defenders Kelvin Wesonga and Geoffrey Ochieng’.
